    Browse products on our website, add your chosen items to the cart, and complete checkout with payment details. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email once your order is placed.

  • Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s placed?

    Yes — you may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund by contacting customer service at info@nygex.ie. After processing begins, cancellation may no longer be possible. See our Refund Policy for full details.

  • What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

    Contact us immediately. If the order hasn’t been processed or shipped, we may be able to update it, but once it’s shipped, changes may not be possible.

  • How do I initiate a return or refund?

    Contact customer service with your order number and reason for return. Returns must be sent back in original condition with proof of posting.

  • Are shipping costs refundable?

    Return shipping is paid by the customer, except if the item is damaged or defective. In that case, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos.

  • When will I receive my refund?

    Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • What about damaged or defective items?
