  • No—NYGEX does not currently offer customer accounts. All purchases are completed as guest checkouts. Order details are provided via email after checkout.

Ordering & Order Policies

  • Browse products on our website, add your chosen items to the cart, and complete checkout with payment details. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email once your order is placed.

  • Yes — you may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund by contacting customer service at info@nygex.ie. After processing begins, cancellation may no longer be possible. See our Refund Policy for full details.

  • Contact us immediately. If the order hasn’t been processed or shipped, we may be able to update it, but once it’s shipped, changes may not be possible.

  • Yes — after checkout, you’ll get an order confirmation, and after shipping, you’ll receive tracking info where available.

Shipping Questions

  • The estimated delivery time is 3 to 10 working days, depending on your address.

  • We are pleased to offer free shipping on all our items, covering all aspects of the shipping process.

  • Delays can happen due to customs, carrier issues, or high demand. If your delivery is significantly delayed, contact us for assistance.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details via email so you can track your parcel’s progress.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Contact customer service with your order number and reason for return. Returns must be sent back in original condition with proof of posting.

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer, except if the item is damaged or defective. In that case, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos.

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • If an item is received damaged or defective, contact us promptly at info@nygex.ie with photos and details. We’ll review and offer a replacement or refund.
