The Ideal Side Position
To feel better, unfold your pillow and hold it tight against you. Ideally, lie on your left side.
- 1. Bend your right leg 90°, pull it up (don’t arch your back), and rest it on the pillow.
- 2. Keep your left leg relaxed on the bed against the cushion.
- 3. Rest your head on one end, arm underneath. This keeps the body upright, frees the vena cava, and promotes circulation.
Release Belly Tensions
Relieve the tired tummy anytime.
- Lying down: Place pillow under buttocks to straighten back.
- Sitting: Place center behind back, ends on sides as armrests. Cross legs to free the belly.
Relieve Back Pain
Optimize breathing and relax the neck.
- Lying on back: Slide the center under your neck.
- Arms: Let arms rest on either side of the pillow. Limits gastric reflux and relieves shoulder blades.
Minimize Leg Swelling
For aching legs and swollen feet.
- Elevate: Lie on back, place pillow under legs.
- Benefit: Keeps back straight, regulates circulation, and relieves heavy leg sensation.
Sleeping on Your Stomach
For moms who miss sleeping on their tummy.
- Setup: Place arc under chest, raise right leg onto cushion.
- Benefit: Allows stomach sleeping without compression; baby stays comfortable.

Better Sleep & Premature Delivery Risk
In cases where mothers need to lie down often:
Under Buttocks
Place pillow under buttocks, thighs resting on it. Positions baby higher, relieves lower back.
Under Knees
Place under knees while on back. Straightens pelvis and relaxes the back.
